Job Title: Truck Driver (CDL Required)

Pay Rate: $20.58 – $29.81+ per hour (based on experience)

Introduction: R M Tree Care is a locally owned tree care company serving Covington and surrounding areas with expert tree removal, landscaping, and land clearing services. We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team and keep our operations moving safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks and trailers to haul equipment, wood, debris, and materials.
• Navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS systems.
• Coordinate with crew leaders and office staff for scheduling and pickups.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on vehicles.
• Ensure DOT and company safety standards are met at all times.
• Assist the crew as needed on-site, including with loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports related to driving and deliveries.

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – Required.
• Experience with hauling equipment and trailers (tree care or construction a plus).
• Strong time management and route planning skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Physically able to assist with labor tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $20.58 – $29.81+ per hour (based on experience).
